About RRP Diamond:

RRP Diamond is a leading diamond and fine jewelry manufacturer based in Surat, India. We design, craft, and export elegant jewelry pieces to global clients through both wholesale and online platforms.

We are expanding our digital footprint across Etsy, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces, and are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage our product listings, online operations, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on platforms such as Etsy, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, and other jewelry marketplaces.
• Upload jewelry photos, specifications, weights, and pricing details accurately.
• Coordinate with photography and design teams for product image quality and descriptions.
• Handle order management, including inventory updates, shipping coordination, and dispatch tracking.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and messages from domestic and international buyers.
• Monitor analytics (traffic, conversion rates, impressions) and prepare sales performance reports.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, SEO for product listings, and digital ad support.
• Ensure smooth communication with marketplace support teams when needed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online jewelry sales.
• Familiarity with Etsy, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, or similar online retail platforms.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) for handling international clients.
• Basic Excel, product cataloging, and report preparation skills.
• Knowledge of product SEO, photo optimization, and category ranking is a plus.
