Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, IndiaMART, website, etc.).
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and stock availability across platforms.
- Handle product inquiries, order processing, and coordination with the dispatch/logistics team.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and platform analytics to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers as per marketing plans.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely updating of stock levels.
- Resolve customer issues, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, competitor pricing, and platform policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in furniture, retail, or consumer goods.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO will be an added advantage.
