Objective:

To efficiently manage and grow the company’s online sales channels by optimizing marketplace performance (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and driving sales through the company’s own e-commerce website. The role demands strong analytical, operational, and strategic skills to ensure smooth operations, brand visibility, and sustained growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the company’s seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces independently.
  • Handle the company’s own e-commerce website operations, including product uploads, order processing, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality images, keyword-rich descriptions, and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with the packaging, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage customer returns efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory management across all online platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking situations.
  • Monitor marketplace metrics such as conversion rate, return ratio, and seller ratings, and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Manage promotions, campaigns, and offers in coordination with the marketing and design teams to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive buyer experience.
  • Conduct periodic sales performance analysis and prepare reports for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, marketplace policies, and competitor strategies to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other online marketplaces.
  • Experience in handling own-brand e-commerce website management (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Excellent command over English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital marketing tools.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing specialization).
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, with proven exposure to Amazon and Flipkart seller portals.

Preferred Location: Pune-based candidates will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
