Essential Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of trading performance, with the ability to feed insights into key directional and trade meetings to inform decisions around the promotional plan.

Lead the execution of the promotional plan, making strategic decisions on how to best showcase promotions on the website to maximize visibility, drive sales, and increase conversion.

Manage and guide the team to ensure all promotional activities go live accurately and on schedule, including out-of-hours and weekend checks.

Utilize web analytics tools and collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to optimize performance.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of key website elements to measure promotion success, making recommendations for improvements and reporting insights to managers, Heads of Department, and Directors.

Prepare performance reports linking sales KPIs with web analytics and customer behavior insights.

Conduct regular competitor analysis across both retail and online channels to stay informed on market trends.

Analyze onsite search behavior to understand keyword trends and optimize product placements within search pages to improve conversion.

Ensure an optimal user experience on a daily basis, working closely with the User Experience team for continuous improvements.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in E-commerce Trading & Merchandising (E-commerce experience required).

High proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
