Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of trading performance, with the ability to feed insights into key directional and trade meetings to inform decisions around the promotional plan.
  • Lead the execution of the promotional plan, making strategic decisions on how to best showcase promotions on the website to maximize visibility, drive sales, and increase conversion.
  • Manage and guide the team to ensure all promotional activities go live accurately and on schedule, including out-of-hours and weekend checks.
  • Utilize web analytics tools and collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of key website elements to measure promotion success, making recommendations for improvements and reporting insights to managers, Heads of Department, and Directors.
  • Prepare performance reports linking sales KPIs with web analytics and customer behavior insights.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis across both retail and online channels to stay informed on market trends.
  • Analyze onsite search behavior to understand keyword trends and optimize product placements within search pages to improve conversion.
  • Ensure an optimal user experience on a daily basis, working closely with the User Experience team for continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in E-commerce Trading & Merchandising (E-commerce experience required).
  • High proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
