Position: E-Commerce Operations Clerk (Full-Time)

About Us:
Alcopatrol Inc. is a growing electronic manufacturer and trading company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Clerk to join our team. We are expanding our online business through Shopify and Amazon platforms and are looking for a skilled E-Commerce & Amazon Operations Specialist to help us establish, manage, and grow our online stores for rapid sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and manage the company’s Shopify independent store and Amazon seller account.
• Upload products, optimize titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversion.
• Analyze sales data, adjust pricing and promotions to increase revenue.
• Create and execute online marketing strategies, including discounts, bundles, and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and marketing team to ensure accurate product listing and fulfillment.
• Monitor customer feedback, manage product reviews, and maintain brand reputation.
• Report performance data weekly to management and suggest improvement actions.
• Follow company policies and management instructions regarding work hours, reporting, and project execution.
• Support management and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Knowledge of product listing, keyword optimization, and online advertising.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing trends and analytics.
• Familiar with digital tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and TikTok/Instagram Ads is a plus.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
