About the Role
RCAI is seeking a versatile and technically proficient E-Commerce Systems & Growth Specialist who can bridge the gap between marketing and systems infrastructure. This role combines digital strategy with hands-on implementation of platform integrations, payment systems, AI automations, and site operations. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to grow online revenue while owning the tech stack that powers our B2C and B2B business operations.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth

  • Oversee execution of digital marketing and email campaigns aligned with revenue targets.
  • Oversee content creation and freelance marketing project management when necessary.
  • Oversee execution of SEO strategies for E-Commerce, including key word targeting, metadata updates, and SEO performance tracking.
  • Use AI tools to optimize marketing, analytics, and customer experience.

E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Own platform connectivity across Shopify, NetSuite, and third-party tools.
  • Sync customer accounts, SKUs, pricing, tax settings, and payment terms between systems.
  • Configure refunds, inventory syncing, order tracking, and shipping logic (B2B/B2C)

System Integration & Automation

  • Implement and monitor API connections (e.g., Shopify ↔ NetSuite)
  • Maintain and improve automated processes for payment processing, inventory management, and customer onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, perform QA, and maintain cross-platform system integrity.

Web & Technical Operations

  • Manage shipping rules, payment gateways, and portal workflows.
  • Update and QA website content, product listings, and UI features.
  • Work with stakeholders to test new functionality and rollout post-launch changes

Training & Support

  • Lead internal portal training sessions and onboarding documentation.
  • Create welcome kits and support materials for new customers.
  • Serve as the internal expert on connected e-commerce systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of e-commerce experience across operations, integrations, and marketing.
  • Proficient in Shopify, NetSuite, and middleware like Celigo (or similar iPaaS platforms).
  • Comfortable with payment gateways, shipping logic, and site architecture.
  • Experience with data mapping, inventory syncing, and customer segmentation.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, automation tools, and AI-based marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
