Strategic Field Engagement: You will regularly meet in person with Concern Person and key IT decision-makers. Your goal is to deeply understand their business roadmaps, identify operational challenges, and position our connectivity, cloud, and ICT solutions as essential strategic tools.

  • Telesales & Pipeline Growth: You'll use phone, email, and video conferencing to efficiently manage the sales cycle. This includes active prospecting within existing accounts, nurturing leads, qualifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent follow-up to keep the funnel moving.
  • Revenue and Solution Design: You'll collaborate with our technical experts to design customized telecom solutions (like Fiber Connection's, dedicated internet access, and managed services) that directly solve client problems, leading to successful upsells, cross-sells, and long-term contract renewals.
  • Commercial Leadership: You will take the lead in complex contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial outcomes that maximize the client's lifetime value.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and negotiate with senior business leaders.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset—you are a hunter who also knows how to farm a profitable portfolio.

We offer a highly competitive base salary paired with an uncapped, accelerators-driven commission structure designed to reward high performers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
