E-mail Marketing Specialist

Key Responsiblities

Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns

Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs

Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and targeting

Set up automation workflows and drip campaigns

Monitor campaign metrics and generate performance reports

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve results

Ensure all email templates are responsive and brand-aligned

Support lead generation activities through targeted email outreach

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in email marketing

Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

Knowledge of CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies

Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
