Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of the Director’s office, smooth coordination between departments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and reports with discretion.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Assist in strategic planning, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and procurement related to the Director’s office.
  • Support coordination of corporate events, meetings, and business reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficiency of the Director’s office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., Engineering / Manufacturing / Construction / IT, etc.].
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
