Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of the Director’s office, smooth coordination between departments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and reports with discretion.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Assist in strategic planning, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and procurement related to the Director’s office.
- Support coordination of corporate events, meetings, and business reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficiency of the Director’s office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
