What You’ll Do

Support lead and assistant teachers in implementing age-appropriate, play-based curriculum

Supervise and engage with children to ensure safety, well-being, and developmental growth

Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels seen and valued

Encourage children’s curiosity, communication, and creativity through hands-on experiences

Collaborate with teaching teams to maintain organized, welcoming classroom spaces

Step into different classrooms as needed, offering consistency and care across the center
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young children in an early childhood or preschool setting is preferred

Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

Ability to adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles with ease and professionalism

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
