Ivy League Kids Early Education is looking for energetic and dedicated early education teachers and teacher assistants. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest learners, fostering each child's individual growth and development.
Job Responsibilities for Early Education Teachers
- Help develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Observe, guide, and supervise children in the classroom
- Foster imagination, creativity, self-esteem, and independence in students
- Communicate directly with parents on student progress, reporting challenges and successes
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment
Job Responsibilities for Teacher Assistants
- Assist lead teachers in the implementation of curriculum and daily activities
- Support children's learning and development through hands-on activities
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Help prepare educational materials and organize classroom resources
- Communicate with parents and provide feedback on their child's progress
Qualifications for Early Education Teachers
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience working in a childcare facility, preferably with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
- Gateways ECE Credential Level 3 or willingness to obtain
Qualifications for Teacher Assistants
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with young children preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Early Childhood Education coursework or CDA credential preferred
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
- Gateways ECE Credential Level 2 or willingness to obtain

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:15 am - 4:15 pm; may vary
- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Pay
- Early Education Teachers: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Teacher Assistants: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
