Role Overview:

• Position: Early Years Educator
• Qualification Requirement: Full and relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3)
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Salary: 25,985

Responsibilities: As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing children's development. Your responsibilities include:

• Having a key group of children, observing and recording their progress.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
• Building positive relationships with colleagues, children, and carers.

Qualifications and Attributes: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
