We are looking for a dynamic team member to  grow and optimise our online sales across all platforms , with a focus on Shopify (main D2C site) and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, etc.)


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute  ROI-focused ad campaigns  (Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Quick Commerce Ads).
  • Optimize CAC:LTV ratio and manage ad spends effectively.
  • Use A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and offers.


Website Optimisation:

  • Improve conversion rate through UX/UI tweaks, upsells, cross-sells, and checkout optimisation.
  • Work with developers/designers for page speed, SEO, and funnel improvement.
  • Manage integrations with CRM, analytics, and automation tools.


Quick Commerce & Marketplace Management

  • Manage listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
  • Optimize catalog visibility, reviews, and delivery SLAs.
  • Track platform-wise performance and negotiate platform promotions.


Analytics & Revenue Tracking

  • Build dashboards for daily/weekly sales, ROAS, and platform contributions.
  • Derive insights from traffic, sales, and ad data to drive decisions.
  • Report performance with actionable recommendations.


Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Work with creative teams to produce high-performing ad and product visuals.
  • Plan product launches, festival offers, influencer tie-ups, and affiliate programs.


Ideal Skills

  • 3–6 years  in ecommerce or D2C growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Shopify  (apps, analytics, CRO tools like Hotjar, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Amazon Seller Central  and quick commerce dashboards
  • Excel/Sheets for performance tracking  and ROI analysis
  • Proven ability to  scale revenue with limited budgets.
  • Strong grasp of  consumer psychology, funnel metrics, and retention marketing.
  • Experience managing creative agencies or freelancers.
  • Knowledge of  SEO, SEM, email, and SMS marketing  a big plus.
