Job Summary:
The eCommerce Listing Optimization Specialist will support the management of our Amazon Vendor Central accounts across the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK, while also driving operational excellence across multiple eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can combine platform expertise, strong analytical thinking, and coordination skills to maintain product integrity, enforce compliance, and optimize digital retail performance.
Job Duties:
- Create and execute all New Item Setups (NIS) and ensure listings are complete, accurate, and retail-compliant
- Conduct monthly 80/20 ASIN reviews to identify top-performing products and fix content issues, inconsistencies, or gaps
- Monitor and resolve suppressed listings, identifying root causes and driving resolution with internal and Amazon teams
- Manage and track RBS/Amazon cases, escalating when needed and closing the loop with key stakeholders
- Update backend keywords, PDP content, and product assets to support SEO and conversion
- Execute A/B tests (where supported) for content, titles, and imagery to optimize performance
- Compile and analyze weekly sales and operations reports to track KPIs and identify trends or anomalies
- Assist with content uploads, inventory updates, and new ASIN support across eCommerce platforms
- Gather, submit, and track compliance documentation for retailer or internal approvals
- Track and report on promotional spend, including deal setup, live dates, and performance results
- Help manage launch timelines, seasonal refreshes, and internal deliverables tied to eCommerce campaigns
- Maintain key documentation and trackers, including item readiness, pricing, and sales decks
- Monitor pricing and market activity across Amazon and other platforms for accuracy and alignment with strategy
- Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams to flag and enforce MAP pricing violations
- Utilize current tools and data platforms to monitor pricing, identify gaps, and make recommendations on new processes or supplemental tools
- Communicate regularly with internal retail, sales, creative, and compliance teams to ensure alignment
- Respond to escalations or callouts from client teams or internal pods with speed and accuracy
- Other tasks or projects assigned as necessary
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon Vendor Central, or retail operations
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and its tools/processes; experience with multi-country accounts a plus
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis)
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Proven ability to establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration, trust, and long-term success
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends to support informed decision-making and problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple competing priorities

This position will perform most job duties in an office environment where using a computer, software applications, telephone, printer, etc. are essential.
