Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Epione Brands Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple accounts for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands and will possess extensive knowledge of various e-commerce platforms as well as quick commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge of Unicommerce, tools like GoSwift and Converse will be given hands-on training for.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce from invoicing to manifesting the new orders across various platforms and additionally keeping , ensuring optimal performance and revenue growth.
- To enhance account performance by optimizing keywords, driving traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize shipping aggregators to streamline fulfillment processes and manage logistics for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Oversee the checkout processes on Shopify, optimizing for user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts, specifically for D2C brands.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, and Blinkit.
- Strong knowledge of Mircosoft Tools - Excel, Word for sorting data.
- Experience with customer support practices and shipping logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
