Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Account Management Executive to create, manage and optimize our product listings across various e-Commerce marketplaces. In this role, you will work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure that all product information is accurate, engaging, and fully compliant with each marketplace’s guidelines. You will also leverage advanced aggregator tools like Octopia, Rithum, Mirakl and ChannelEngine for seamless integra on and bulk updates, manage stock levels to prevent stock out, and drive targeted advertising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings Management:

-Oversee the end-to-end listing process for products across all operational marketplaces.

-Ensure that each listing is optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.

2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

-Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other internal teams to gather and create marketplace-specific content that meets all guidelines.

3. Marketplace Integra on & Bulk Updates:

-Utilize aggregators like Channel-Engine to integrate multiple marketplaces and perform bulk listing updates efficiently.

4. Content Optimization & Translation:

-Optimize product content for each marketplace, including titles, descriptions, and metadata.

-Manage the translation process using AI-driven so ware and professional translators to ensure accuracy in regional languages.

5. Stock Management:

-Monitor and oversee stock levels across marketplaces to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory.

6. Adver sing & Marketing Initiatives:

-Leverage marketplace advertising tools to manage and execute sponsored product campaigns, driving traffic and boos ng sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

-Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

-Proficiency in using AI translation tools and content management systems is a plus.

-Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across Cross-Functional teams.

-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

-Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

-Familiarity with marketplace guidelines and best practices is highly desirable.

-Candidate must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
