About Dapetz Ltd:

Dapetz Ltd is a UK-based eCommerce retail company operating on Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and Shopify. As we expand into more online channels, we're looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day eCommerce activities and team workflows. We use Linnworks to manage listings, inventory, and channel integrations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Coordinator to oversee listings, manage platform health, and support team execution. This person will be responsible for listing products via Linnworks, handling FBA logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and launching B2B workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create product listings across all channels using Linnworks
• Coordinate FBA shipments, inventory reconciliation, and stock planning
• Ensure all store accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok) maintain good health (performance metrics, delivery standards, policy compliance)
• Assign and follow up on tasks with team members; maintain accountability and workflow tracking
• Launch B2B operations, including listing setup, customer onboarding, and inquiry handling
• Regularly check listing accuracy, titles, images, and pricing across all channels
• Assist with onboarding new platforms or marketplaces
• Communicate between teams to ensure timely resolution of listing, stock, or shipping issues
• Flag and correct inconsistencies in product data or stock status

Requirements:

• Experience in eCommerce operations or coordination
• Hands-on experience with Linnworks (or similar inventory/listing software)
• Working knowledge of Amazon FBA process (shipment plans, stock levels, removals)
• Familiarity with marketplace tools like Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify Admin
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team or task force
