Role Overview

The E-Commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, order fulfillment, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. This role provides significant cross-functional learning exposure—working closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales trends, order accuracy, and return rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign coordination, promotions, and product launches.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues, including order escalations, vendor coordination, and stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports to support management decisions.
  • Support catalog management, content accuracy, and quality control to maintain brand standards online.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or order management.
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills; experience with marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) preferred.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn from cross-functional collaboration.
