Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly driven E-Commerce professional to manage and scale our presence across key online marketplaces. This role demands sharp execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other top marketplaces
• Own A+ Content, brand storefronts, and on-platform merchandising to maximize visibility and conversions
• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
• Oversee daily operations including inventory hygiene, pricing, promotions, and order health
• Monitor platform metrics and generate insightful reports using Excel/dashboards to drive business decisions
• Work closely with Content, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution and availability
• Handle platform escalations, customer queries, and operational issues with quick turnaround

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3 years of E-commerce operations experience preferred in D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, levers, and growth strategies
• Hands-on expertise with Excel and data dashboards
• Ownership mindset, hustle, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
