Job Description

We are hiring an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Trainee who will support our ecommerce team in daily tasks, product management, and customer coordination. This role includes structured training, practical learning, and growth opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms
• Assist in order processing and customer support
• Conduct basic research for products and suppliers
• Update inventory details and records
• Handle messages and queries professionally
• Coordinate with the ecommerce and marketing teams
• Support daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree
• 1 year experience in ecommerce OR completed ecommerce-related courses
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, etc. preferred)
• Strong computer skills (Email, MS Office, spreadsheets)
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
