Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven eCommerce Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our WordPress-based online store. The ideal candidate must have deep experience with WordPress, WPBakery page builder, FunnelKit, and landing page creation focused on high conversion rates. This role requires both technical and marketing expertise to build compelling user journeys that drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize product-specific landing pages using WPBakery and FunnelKit.
• Develop and manage complete sales funnels that maximize conversions, AOV, and retention.
• Customize WooCommerce functionality and manage all eCommerce backend operations.
• Create A/B tests and performance analysis for landing pages and funnels.
• Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices across the website.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and UX consistency across all devices.
• Integrate marketing tools (email, SMS, upsells, analytics) to support funnel performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute product launch campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs such as bounce rate, CTR, cart abandonment, and work to continuously improve them.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress eCommerce development, specifically using WooCommerce.
• Expert-level experience with WPBakery Page Builder and FunnelKit (formerly WooFunnels).
• Strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages and funnels.
• Knowledge of conversion psychology, UX/UI principles, and funnel design.
• Familiar with third-party integrations: payment gateways, email platforms, analytics.
• Basic understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and mobile-first design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Familiarity with custom CSS/JS for front-end tweaks.
• Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
