We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-driven FEMALE Ed-Tech Sales Executive to join our growing team!
As part of our mission to empower learners, you’ll help students and professionals discover the right programs and career development opportunities through meaningful conversations and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential learners via calls, emails, and messages to promote our learning programs.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses or career paths.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and close enrollments effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead feedback and process improvement.
- Represent the brand professionally while ensuring a positive learner experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in tele-sales, counseling, or ed-tech will be a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
