Key Responsibilities

  • Proofread and edit articles, reports, blogs, and other written materials for grammar, style, and accuracy.
  • Assist in formatting documents according to brand or client guidelines.
  • Support content writers and editors in organizing and tracking submissions and revisions.
  • Check citations, links, and references for correctness.
  • Maintain version control and ensure timely delivery of edited materials.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English grammar and writing style.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Google Docs, and basic formatting tools.
  • Experience with style guides (APA, Chicago, or MLA) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in content editing, journalism, or communications preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Notion, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO or digital publishing workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple editing tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,190.75 per month
