Job Description
We are looking for an EdTech Sales Associate to handle student inquiries, explain program details, and support the enrollment process. This is an office-based, non-field role focused on inside sales, lead management, and student guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms
- Share clear information about courses, learning outcomes, and enrollment steps
- Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right program
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups
- Provide brochures, fee details, and program materials as needed
- Maintain accurate lead updates and communication history in the CRM
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Comfortable handling phone calls and virtual interactions
- Organized, proactive, and consistent in follow-ups
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
