Job Description

We are looking for an EdTech Sales Associate to handle student inquiries, explain program details, and support the enrollment process. This is an office-based, non-field role focused on inside sales, lead management, and student guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms
  • Share clear information about courses, learning outcomes, and enrollment steps
  • Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right program
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups
  • Provide brochures, fee details, and program materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate lead updates and communication history in the CRM
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and virtual interactions
  • Organized, proactive, and consistent in follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
  • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
