Education Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of Robotics, AI, and STEM programs in schools. This includes coordinating between internal teams, schools, and vendors to ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Execution & Implementation: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of robotics/STEM lab setups and online/offline training programs.
✅ Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring smooth communication and resolving operational challenges.
✅ Team Management: Supervise trainers, technical staff, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
✅ Logistics & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
✅ Training & Workshops: Plan and organize student and teacher training sessions to ensure effective curriculum execution.
✅ Quality Control: Ensure the implementation meets the highest standards and aligns with Techradiance’s vision.
✅ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on execution progress, challenges, and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in project execution, operations, or education sector.
Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to handle team management and client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for reporting and planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,066.79 - ₹46,979.79 per month
