Role: Education Counselor & Branch Lead
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Full-time, 6 days/week (late afternoons & evenings required)

About the role
We are looking for a strong leader to take full ownership of our branch. You will be responsible for growing the center (Sales/Admissions) and ensuring it runs smoothly every day (Operations). You must be comfortable talking to parents, convincing them to enroll, and managing the center like it is your own business.

1. Sales & Admissions (Growth):

• Handle all parent inquiries (Walk-ins, Calls, WhatsApp) and give excellent branch tours.
• Counsel parents and help them choose the right program for their child.
• Close the sale: Convert inquiries into paid enrollments to meet branch targets.
• Follow up on leads daily using our CRM system (Zoho/Excel) so no opportunity is lost.

2. Branch Operations (Management):

• Open and close the center on time, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Manage student attendance, class schedules, and teacher timetables.
• Ensure the reception area, classrooms, and facilities are always clean and presentable.
• Handle petty cash, collect fees, and issue receipts accurately.

3. Parent Relations & Admin:

• Be the main point of contact for parents regarding updates, complaints, or feedback.
• Ensure children are handed over safely to authorized guardians only.
• Send daily and weekly reports to management regarding sales numbers and branch issues.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Preschool, Nursery, or Training Center environment.
• Sales Mindset: You must be confident asking for fees and closing admissions.
• Schedule: Willing to work 6 days a week, specifically during late afternoons and evenings (peak time for students).
• Skills: Good with computers (Excel/CRM), organized, and fluent in English.
• Personality: High energy, professional, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Priority is given to candidates currently living in Hamdan St, Al Falah St, or Musaffah who are ready to join immediately.
