Octane Business Analyst (4-6 Years)

• 
  Tool Management: Oversee the administration and configuration of HP ALM / Octane tools to support project and test management activities.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for tool usage and enhancements.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and workflows, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using ALM/Octane.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using ALM/Octane tools for their project and testing needs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within ALM/Octane to provide insights into project and testing progress.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure alignment of tool capabilities with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that ALM/Octane configurations and processes adhere to quality standards and best practices.
