Beers Mallers, LLP is seeking to add an associate attorney in the area of estate planning, probate/trust administration, elder law, Medicaid, and guardianship for our growing Fort Wayne office. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team, have excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

· Draft Will’s, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.

· Support probate and trust administration, including filings and client communication.

· Assist with asset protection strategies, Medicaid eligibility/compliance, and guardianship proceedings.

· Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial professionals to address questions, and resolve issues.
