Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to contribute to the successful execution of technical projects. The ideal candidate will design, review, and coordinate electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in managing technical projects or construction-related electrical work is preferred but not required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, review, and support electrical systems and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project goals and technical requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work to meet project deadlines.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and standards for compliance and quality assurance.
- Support procurement, installation oversight, and commissioning activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to company and jobsite safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project or company objectives.
Qualifications & Tools
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in technical or project-focused roles.
- Proficiency with electrical design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Ability to read and interpret technical or construction drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and project coordination preferred.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- OSHA safety knowledge or certification is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is not required but preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
