Handling shift operation which includes Utility set up, Plant Machineries, Production Equipment’s and Auxiliary Equipment’s, set up Job allocation to Contract Manpower & Managing efficiently to achieve expected results within time frame. Communicating and resolving issues, abnormalities in consulting with Line manager /HOD.

Participate in Project activities as & when required.

Understand and deliver to achieve Departmental KPI'S (Key Performance Indicators) towards PM Compliance-100%, Maintaining Equipment History time to time, Maintain Breakdown records time to time, Preparing CAPA, WHY-WHY Analysis, MTTR-Reduction, MTBF-Improving by 10%, Maintaining documentation, Demonstrating Right First Time Approach
