Profile - Electrical Wiring & Maintenance Engineer

Qualification- B.tech Electrical

Salary - Upto 4 Lac CTC

Experience - 3+ years of experience in the automobile or bus manufacturing/modification industry. Experience with bus OEMs, EV retrofitting, or body builders will be an advantage.

Location -Kukas Jaipur (Raj.)

Key Responsibilities -

Design and develop electrical wiring layouts and harness systems for buses and other automobiles.

Supervise and execute bus modification projects, including electrical integration of new systems (AC units, lighting, infotainment, CCTV, etc.).

Prepare and update electrical schematics, connection diagrams, and circuit layouts.

Conduct testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical components and circuits.

Coordinate with design, fabrication, and body modification teams to ensure proper electrical fitment.

Ensure all modifications comply with automotive standards and safety norms (AIS, ISO, etc.).

Manage procurement and installation of electrical components such as relays, switches, connectors, and control units.

Perform root cause analysis for electrical faults and implement corrective actions.

Maintain project documentation, testing reports, and wiring manuals.
