Electrician

We are looking to recruit an experiencedDomesticElectricianqualified to:

• 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification)
• BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18th Edition
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification

Gilmartins work in social housing and providereactive repairsfor local authorities andhousing associations. The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.

The job requires work and travel in theSouth East Londonarea, main post codes includeSE11, SE21, SE27andSW9.

Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Qualified Electrician:

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

• Full UK manual driving license not EU licence, not automatic
• Own tools
• Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
• Experience of working in social housing
• DBS certificate
• ECS card - ideally

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywithcall-outs as requiredonce every 4 weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
