Electrician

Halapack Packaging is looking for a skilled and reliable Packaging Machine Technician to join our production team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing sealing machines and other packaging-related equipment.

You will be responsible for ensuring all machines function smoothly, efficiently, and safely to maintain continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic sealing machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults in packaging equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine performance.
• Calibrate machine settings according to product specifications and packaging materials.
• Ensure quality standards and production targets are consistently met.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness around the machinery area.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in packaging, sealing, or labeling machine operation and maintenance (food packaging experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and perform effective repairs.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures in a production environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
