Electrician (2800 QAR plus Transport and Accomodation)

Minimum 3 years’ related experience in building/compound technical maintenance.

Previous experience of working in a similar role within the field of property management.

The maintenance electrician is responsible for the general upkeep of a building's electrical system. Required to inspect the premises regularly, conduct routine maintenance, perform repairs, and fix faulty wiring when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understanding of different type of circuit breakers and testing.
• Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances
• Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures
• Identifying faults or hazards
• Testing of electrical systems with multi-meter
• Cables termination
• Pressure and flow switches operation and troubleshooting/ fault finding
• Single and three phases circuit and wiring, operations and maintenance
• Lighting control system (auto and manual)
• Type of switching
• Familiarity with electrical systems and local Electrical Code.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,800.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrician: 3 years (Preferred)
