Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician
Pay: $20–$30/hour

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team in East Providence. If you enjoy building things, working with your hands, and paying attention to the small details, this could be a great fit. You’ll help assemble and inspect electronic components that go into our high-quality products, working closely with a supportive team and following clear work instructions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and inspect electronic and electromechanical components following IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
- Perform soldering (through-hole, surface-mount, and rework) and assemble wiring harnesses.
- Apply adhesives, epoxies, and coatings as needed.
- Check solder joints and components to ensure they meet quality expectations.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment; support engineering with setup or troubleshooting when needed.
- Read and follow drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
- Keep simple, accurate documentation of what you assemble and any issues you find.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required).
- Experience with electromechanical assembly and soldering.
- IPC-J-STD-001 certification.
- Ability to read assembly drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
- Comfortable using hand tools and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical school background is helpful but not required.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
