Job Description
Responsibilities
- Primary Role: Managing customer inquiries primarily through email and chat support, with secondary responsibilities as directed by the floor supervisor.
- Educate customers on DBS Solutions’ services and products.
- Identify customer needs and effectively communicate solutions via email.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, fostering satisfaction and generating positive feedback.
- Update customers on product offerings, new features, and announcements.
- Maintain a low-effort, seamless customer support experience in email interactions.
- Assist multiple customers simultaneously, providing quick and accurate service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure critical issues are resolved.
- Record new feature requests and keep detailed email support logs.
- Foster a supportive, positive work environment within the team.
- Use exceptional email support skills to address customer inquiries clearly and accurately.
- Adapt to situations positively and with a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with excellent typing speed (90% accuracy or higher).
- English Proficiency: Minimum of 50% accuracy in comprehension.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years in customer service, ideally with international chat/email support experience (US/Australian customers preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with an O-Level or A-Level background or those who are highly proficient in English.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
