We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Lead Generation Specialist (UK Market Focus) with strong expertise in creating, managing, and optimising email campaigns targeting the UK market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using tools such as Apollo.io, Mailchimp, and other email marketing platforms, and should be skilled in AI-driven marketing, campaign automation, and team management.
This is a hybrid position, requiring bi-weekly visits to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office for meetings and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email lead generation campaigns for the UK market.
  • Write effective and personalised cold emails that engage prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Build and manage email lists, design campaign workflows, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Use Apollo.io, Mailchimp, and similar tools to manage outreach, tracking, and automation.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance personalisation, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Manage and mentor a small email marketing and lead generation team to achieve set KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns for higher open rates and conversions.
  • Turn leads into clients on a consistent monthly basis, meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with the business development and content teams to align campaign strategies.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation targeting the UK market.
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive cold emails and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io, Mailchimp, and other CRM or automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing high-performing email campaigns.
  • Experience in team management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for 3–4 hours per day, with flexibility for UK business hours.
