Email Marketer

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM | Night Shift | On-site

Pay: Rs 120,000 - Rs 150,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketer to lead our lifecycle and promotional email marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who understands customer journeys, loves writing persuasive copy, and can coordinate cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and automate email flows, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment, upsell campaigns, and more.
• Craft compelling, conversion-focused email content tailored to different customer segments.
• Collaborate with the design team for engaging visuals and with developers for coupon codes and system integrations.
• Align all email campaigns with overall marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing manager.
• Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and iterate for better results.

Requirements:

• Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversions and engagement.
• Familiarity with email automation, segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams (design, development, and marketing).
• A/B testing and campaign optimization experience is a plus.
