About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our digital agency. In this role, you will be responsible for building qualified email databases and executing targeted email campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our SEO, web development, and app development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Research: Source and compile qualified email contacts of business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers who may need SEO, web development, or app development services
- Target Identification: Research and identify potential clients including startups, SMEs, e-commerce businesses, and companies with outdated websites or digital presence
- Database Management: Build, organize, and maintain accurate email databases segmented by industry, business size, technology needs, and service requirements
- Lead Generation: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for SEO services, website development, and mobile app development projects
- Email Campaign Creation: Develop compelling email content highlighting our digital services, case studies, and value propositions that resonate with potential clients
- Compliance Management: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data protection regulations
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize future campaigns
- List Hygiene: Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain high deliverability and sender reputation
- A/B Testing: Conduct tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, B2B lead generation, or digital marketing
- Proven experience in prospecting and building email databases targeting businesses in need of digital services
- Understanding of the digital services industry (SEO, web development, app development) and ability to identify potential clients
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar)
- Excellent research skills with ability to identify businesses that need digital transformation
- Strong written communication skills to craft compelling service-oriented emails
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation for digital agencies or IT services companies
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
- Understanding of SEO, web design, and app development terminology
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, etc.)
- Analytics mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for conversions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
