Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Expert to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage audiences, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Design and write compelling email content that aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• A/B test subject lines, layouts, and CTAs for better performance.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation, segmentation, and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and design sense for email templates.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
