Position: Business Development Executive (RCM Services)

Industry: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand awareness.
• Create engaging email content, including subject lines, body text, and call-to-actions.
• Design email templates that align with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, user behavior, and engagement.
• Set up and manage automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement campaigns).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports.
• Ensure all emails comply with best practices, spam regulations, and data protection laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 (based on experience and performance)
