Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our email marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong copywriting skills, and a knack for engaging customers through compelling email content.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 & 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
-Oversee email databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Manage email infrastructure, including multiple mailboxes and domains, to optimize deliverability and minimize spam risks.
- Configure DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings for secure email authentication.
- Implement dynamic content techniques for content creation and A/B testing.
- Set up and maintain email warm-up settings for high-volume campaigns.
- Design professional email signatures for consistent branding.
𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.
- Optimize templates for mobile devices and ensure high deliverability.
- Drive B2C marketing, generating quality leads and expanding the email database.
- Proven skills in Effective email copywriting series.
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀:
- Track and analyze key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, lead generation, and database growth.
- Provide insights to refine and optimize email marketing strategies.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Manage tools such as Klaviyo / Mailchimp to enhance email marketing efforts.
- Offer technical support for email infrastructure and tool integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Experience in segmentation and Planning of Email Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing with a focus on infrastructure -setup and management, lead generation, and nurturing.
- Proven experience in email marketing and using marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Apollo.
-Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HTML, content management systems, and email marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with DKIM, SPF, DMARC, email deliverability, and tools for content optimization.
