Job Title: Embedded and ROS Engineer (IoT & Robotics)
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ years
Type: Full-time

About Us

We’re building the next generation of smart robots and IoT systems — combining real engineering with education.
Our team develops AI-integrated robotic products, ROS-based systems, and embedded hardware from the ground up.

If you love tinkering with hardware, writing firmware, and bringing machines to life — this is where your ideas turn into reality.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Embedded Engineer with strong experience in firmware development, hardware debugging, and system integration.

You’ll work across STM32, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi platforms, develop ROS-based robotic systems, and guide junior engineers through real-world IoT and robotics projects.

This is a technical leadership role — you won’t just write code, you’ll drive the complete journey from concept → prototype → product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug firmware for STM32, ESP32, and Arduino platforms.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, Wi-Fi).
  • Work with ROS/ROS2 for robot control, telemetry, and automation.
  • Collaborate on PCB design, validation, and hardware bring-up.
  • Create Python-based tools or scripts for data logging, calibration, and debugging.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers in embedded and robotics development.
  • Participate in system prototyping, integration testing, and hardware optimization.
  • Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • Strong experience with STM32, ESP32, and Arduino ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuit analysis, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux, or ROS/ROS2 (highly desirable).
  • Experience with communication protocols – I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi, BLE.
  • Experience in PCB design/review and mechanical integration (3D prototypes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in robotics or IoT course development or instruction.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools like Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
  • Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, or Edge AI robotics projects.

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge robots and IoT systems that merge hardware, software, and AI.
  • Freedom to prototype, experiment, and lead your own ideas.
  • Collaborative, flat engineering culture — focused on results, not bureaucracy.
  • Flexible work setup — onsite or remote.
  • Opportunity to shape real-world robotics products from scratch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Leave encashment
  • Work from home

Work Location: Remote
