About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Physician to join our hospital team in Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency medical care under the supervision of senior consultants, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining professional standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admit patients aged 16 years and above and provide diagnostic and therapeutic care.
• Record medical history, perform physical examinations, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Support attending consultants in managing life-threatening emergencies and ongoing patient care.
• Conduct regular rounds in the Critical Care Unit and collaborate with nursing teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Receive and hand over patients during shift changes, ensuring smooth transition and care continuity.
• Assist in emergency procedures, surgeries, and theatre duties as required.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies involving patients, visitors, or staff.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and health and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional conduct, support team efficiency, and uphold the hospital’s standards of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBBS with valid registration from the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• MD / DNB / MEM / FEM in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in Emergency or Critical Care.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
