The Position:

An elite international law firm are looking to onboard into their award winning Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group. The position is open to their expansive Dallas, Texas office.

The firm has been recognised by Chambers internationally, ranking several practice areas in Band 1 and Band 2. As well as U.S. News Best Law Firms 2023 ranking the corporate practice group in Tier 1.


Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant law firm setting.
  • Broad experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, including executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements.
  • Design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements.
  • Understanding of compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters.
  • Experience in ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues (including VCOC/REOC structuring).
  • High level of academic achievement, strong problem solving, writing and communication skillset.
  • Must hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the Texas bar (or be eligible to waive into the bar).
