Role Purpose:

The Manager – Employee Engagement & Events will lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture across Sutherland Egypt. This includes planning and executing events, driving engagement programs, managing social media communications, and collaborating across verticals to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Design and deliver corporate events and cultural activities aligned with company values. Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics for flawless execution.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop programs that foster collaboration, recognition, and well-being. Partner with HR and leadership to measure engagement and implement improvements.
  • Social media & Communication: Manage social media platforms to showcase culture and achievements. Create engaging content and monitor analytics for optimization.
  • Cross-Vertical Collaboration: Work with multiple business units to ensure inclusivity in engagement initiatives. Act as a communication bridge between leadership and employees.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide monthly reports on engagement metrics, event ROI, and social media performance. Recommend improvements based on data insights.


Previous Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in employee engagement, event management, or corporate communications.
  • Proven track record in managing social media platforms for corporate branding.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
