We are looking for
Employee Relations Officer
to join our team. The role is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Employee Relations Officer will handle government relations (GR) platforms, manage employee medical insurance, coordinate business travel, maintain the ERB system, and support overall HR operations to ensure smooth and compliant processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Government Relations (GR):

Manage and process employee transactions through key government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa and GOSI.

Ensure timely processing of Iqama renewals, transfers, exits/re-entries, and other related employee documentation.

Maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
2.
HR Operations & Administration:
-
Manage and process daily employee requests, ensuring timely and accurate support for HR-related inquiries.
-
Handle all types of employee letters, including salary certificates, employment verification, experience letters, and warning letters, in accordance with Est. policies.

Administer leave management by processing leave requests and approvals and maintaining accurate leave balances in the HR system.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records such as contracts, warnings, appraisals, and other HR-related documents.

Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth employee transitions.

Manage employee end-of-service processes, including final settlements, exit clearances, and issuance of end-of-service certificates in compliance with company policy and Saudi labor law.

Manage workplace conflicts and coordinate investigations, ensuring fair and confidential handling of employee relations issues.

Coordinate with payroll to ensure that all leave salaries and deductions and disciplinary actions are reflected accurately.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR documents and transactions.
3.
ERB System Management:
-
Manage and maintain the ERB (Employee Record Base) system, ensuring all employee information is accurate, up to date, and properly categorized.

Handle the entry, updating, and verification of employee data including personal details, employment status, leaves, and disciplinary records.

Generate HR reports and analytics from the ERB system to support management decisions and compliance requirements. (e.g., headcount, leaves, and disciplinary actions)

Coordinate with the IT and HR teams to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and security of employee information.
4.
Medical Insurance Management:

Administer employee medical insurance enrollments, renewals, and cancellations.
-
Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely resolution of employee claims and coverage issues.

Keep track of policy renewals and provide reports on insurance utilization and costs.
5.
Business Travel Management:
-
Coordinate and arrange business trips, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel approvals.

Ensure travel documentation and expense claims comply with Est. policies.
-
Support employees with visa processes as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.

Technical Skills:
-
Experience in ERB system management (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Muqeem, Qiwa and GOSI platforms.
-
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.

Experience managing medical insurance and business travel logistics.

Language:
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
