Employee Relations Specialist / Up to 350 per day (Umbrella Rate) / London / Hybrid / 4-month contract position
Overview:

A leading organisation are currently seeking a Employee Relations Specialist to manage multiple ER cases at one time and support the organization with structural changes

This is an excellent opportunity to further your ER experience for a globally recognised company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Report progress on ER cases
• Work closely with internal and external legal teams to discuss ER cases
• Oversee the company structural change including redundancy processes
• Managed complex ER cases to resolution
• Work with managers on ER queries and give guidance

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working in ER positions
• Experience overseeing organization structural changes
• Great attention to detail
• CIPD Level 3 +
• An excellent communicator
• Hard-working and ambitious

Package:

• Up to 350 per day (Umbrella rate)
