They have grown into a dynamic team of over 150 professionals in five offices, all united by their commitment to excellence, mentorship, and client advocacy.

We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney eager to gain practical, hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney with 2 to 6 years of employment law experience. You will appear in court, handle depositions, manage your own cases, and learn directly from some of California’s top trial lawyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a docket of employment law cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism
• Represent clients in court, arguing motions and presenting persuasive advocacy
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine case strategies
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation and serve as second chair when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 to 6 years of litigation experience (employment law a must).
• Strong experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• A strong desire to grow as a trial lawyer and litigator
• Experience with trial or trial-prep is a plus

• Base Compensation Range: $130,000 - $170,000
