Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment litigation and counseling matters
• Handle case development, legal research, brief writing, discovery
• Conduct witness interviews and support internal investigations
• Advise on employment policies, agreements, compliance
• Draft employment and separation agreements
• Support clients on statutory and regulatory employment matters
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate across offices

Job Requirements:

• JD from a top-tier law school
• 1–3 years of employment law experience at a reputable firm
• Experience in: legal research, discovery, depositions, investigations
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic record
• Licensed to practice in California

Preferred (Nice to haves):

• Clerkship experience
• Exposure to tech/startup clients
• Desire to mentor others
• Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
